Dear delegates,

The conference begins in less than a week! In the meantime, we would once again like to remind you to sign up for the official AlejMUN 2024 Discord, which is mandatory. Doing so as soon as possible is vital to ensure all information gets to you on time. Furthermore, please also make sure to fill out the Discord survey, so we can give you the correct role and access to the channel.

The conference starts on Friday the 15th at the WPP Campus with registrations open from 9:30. Please make sure to adhere to a formal dress code during the entirety of the conference. After the opening ceremony, you will be able to get to know your delegates better during icebreakers from 14:00 to 17:00. After this, each committee will have their own committee dinner. To know what your committee chairs have planned for you, make sure to follow the Discord carefully.

Actual committee sessions begin on the second day at 9:00 at Gymnázium Nad Alejí, on both Saturday and Sunday. If you are a Newcomer and have never attended a conference, we recommend checking out the Newcomer's Guide. If you are a more seasoned delegate, we still highly advise you to review the Rules of Procedure to make sure you are 100% ready for the fruitful debate. On Saturday the 16th, the Social Event will take place at Zone Bar, beginning at 20:00. It is voluntary.

The last day of the conference will have delegates join together to review the resolutions they worked on for the last two days during the General Assembly at the New City Hall beginning with registrations open at 8:30. After all resolutions are properly discussed, the closing ceremony will commence.
